Montage is committed to creating a culture of excellence. To reach this goal, we have begun the journey towards accreditation. The cornerstone of our work is our dedication to enabling people to fully participate in their citizenship. This is driven by a person directed approach to life planning that in turn informs and guides all aspects of quality supports and services.

Montage has an active Quality Assurance Committee with representation from all stakeholders, people receiving support, families, board of directors, administration, management and support personnel to advise and support this journey. The Self-Advocacy Group also brings the voice and perspective of those who receive support from Montage. Training and mentoring are also key to Montage’s commitment to ensuring a culture of excellence.
