As part of our community services to people with developmental disabilities and their families, Montage provides person-directed planning and individualized services.

By utilizing a comprehensive action plan, we help connect you to community resources that fit who you are.

Montage holds to the following values of planning:
Inclusion – everyone can be a participating member of their community
Citizenship – we all have a valued place
Community – the community is always the first resource
Gifts – we all have them, and they help define our contributions

These values are the foundation of a process that intentionally takes the time to get to know the person. The result is forward movement towards the life that you define.
